The service
Wagtale (operated by Satjana AI) generates pet care report drafts from content you provide. You review and approve every report before it is sent. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send and for having permission to contact the pet owners on your roster.
Your account
Keep your sign-in credentials private. You are responsible for activity under your account. One business per account; staff access is granted by the account owner.
Owner consent for messages
Report cards are sent to pet owners on your behalf. Before adding an owner's email you confirm they gave your business that address for pet care updates. Before turning on WhatsApp or text delivery for an owner, you confirm the owner expressly agreed to receive their pet's reports on that channel, and you keep your own record of that consent. You are responsible for claims that arise from messages sent without the owner's consent. When an owner unsubscribes or replies STOP, deliveries to them stop and you should not re-enable them without a fresh request from the owner.
Trial and billing
The free plan includes 30 report cards with unlimited pets and no time limit. Paid plans add more report cards each month, billed by Stripe, and renew automatically each month at the listed price until canceled. Cancel any time from Settings (Manage billing); cancellation stops future charges and the current period runs to its end. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already charged are not refunded.
Acceptable use
No unlawful content, no abuse of the generation service, no sending to people who have not engaged your business. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.
Important limits
Wagtale drafts text from your observations; it is not veterinary advice and does not diagnose. Health observations in reports reflect what your team recorded. The service is provided as is; our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas, and both sides consent to that venue.
Changes
We will email account owners about material changes to these terms at least 14 days before they take effect.
